Hi, I’m Chinmai Gupta — Therapist, Facilitator and Performance Growth Strategist

I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams and organisations through dynamic environments for over 15 years. I combine my business skills with my background in psychology as a Performance Strategist, to help teams thrive in challenging environments. My philosophy is simple. How are your services different from standard coaching?

Our programs use evidence-based psychology and neuroscience techniques to rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level. Think of it as ‘upgrading the operating system’ of your team’s mindset, not just adding new apps.

What outcomes can I expect?

Are these sessions in person or online?

We're happy to do a blend of in person and online or either-or based on team size and your needs. 

How many sessions will we need?

Each package is typically delivered in 3 hours. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate after the initial session.
